CALL FOR ENTRY
“BC IN A BOX: FINGERPLAY”
The Potters Guild of British Columbia invites all BC Ceramic artists to participate in a province-wide juried exhibition. In partnership with regional and local galleries, the Guild is once again planning a travelling exhibition: BC in a Box – ‘FingerPlay’.
All ceramic artists from across BC are invited to enter their work to the exhibition,
which is designed as a two-tier project. Each entry will appear at the inaugural
show scheduled to open at the Blackberry Gallery in Port Moody, BC in March
2008. Fifty pieces will be juried into a travelling exhibition. However, only
PGBC members in good standing will be juried into this travelling portion of
the exhibit. Find out how to become a member here. Awards will be presented
for “Excellence” and for “Peoples’ Choice”. To

The juried exhibition is confirmed to travel to the following locations, with
more to come. Please click on the gallery to be routed directly to their webpage:
Pynelogs Gallery, Invermere; The Rotary Centre for the Arts, Kelowna; The Heritage
Courthouse, Kamloops; Two Rivers Art Gallery, Prince George; Dawson Creek Art
Gallery, Dawson Creek. The ‘BC in a Box’ exhibition is a project
that effectively links British Columbia’s widespread communities throughout
the province.
