| All entries will appear at the Blackberry Gallery in Port Moody. Entry is open to all artists in BC, however only members > of the PGBC can be juried into the travelling portion of the > exhibit. To become a member, click here www.bcpotters.com . You may enclose a membership form accompanied by a cheque with your BC in a Box entry form. Work must have been created no earlier than January 2007. |

b)If my work is not juried into the travelling portion of the exhibit I Agree/Disagree (Please circle your choice) to offer the work for sale at the Blackberry Gallery while in Port Moody. 8)Payment - Entry Fee $25 Cheque Payable to Potters Guild of BC must accompany your entry form or it will not be accepted into the exhibit.

The PGBC cannot be responsible for the return of works to the artist. Artists must arrange for pick-up or delivery of works. Picking Up Your Work: The date for work to be picked up will be announced before the final submission deadline. It is estimated to be early spring 2009. The Guild office has very little storage space. Work must be picked up by the deadline that will be set, or it will become an inventory item to be offered for sale. We regret we cannot provide insurance coverage for breakage. We will make every effort to prevent that occurring.
